In this course you will learn to apply ITIL® at a strategic level and to use ITIL® practices to develop a strategy for your company. The course package consists of 2 courses & exams leading to the ITIL® 4 Strategic Leader certificate.
Condizioni
At least three years of IT management experience.
The «ITIL® 4 Foundation Certificate» is a prerequisite for the course. The «ITIL® Foundation 2011» certificate is not sufficient. If you do not already have this certificate, you can attend the following course:
