In this course, you will gain an understanding of the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®). With the lean agile mindset, you will learn how to implement the roles of Product Manager and Product Owner in the organization and how to influence and drive value.
Condizioni
Anyone is welcome to attend, regardless of experience. Experience working with agile teams as a Product Owner or Scrum Master is an advantage. For those wishing to take the Certified SAFe® 4 Product Owner / Product Manager (POPM) certification exam, we recommend experience in a SAFe environment and the Lean or Agile certifications, as well as prior attendance of the following course:
